We pay the rent per week in my mother's house in which we live, but you have to pay taxes on that point. I wonder what to do in order to transfer ownership of the property.

If there is a mortgage on this property, you can not just facts you would call this as the mortgage on the sale clause. If the mortgage is assumable, and then transferred to you, but I do not know, lenders are still too many to use this type of mortgage. If a loan to, and is not manageable, then you need to get the funding for the property. If there is no mortgage on the property, the deed may transfer it for you.
