Please visit the post office, where the letter was sent registered and has contacted the post master there, or head office of official position, relevant details such as the recipient (Ravi Prakash Srivastava) address he sent the letter A, the number of letters (RLA 670) and the date, because the teacher is able to say whether the letter was delivered, and when, and has also been charged.
