I have an Italian dinner, and I am in several different wines. I opted for Prosecco (before dinner), Pinot Bianco (antipasti), Riesling (salad) and Chianti (lasagna), and I asked myself what good wine is served with Italian cheeses and fruit?

Why not beer?
A good Witbier would go with a little cheese.
